GUIDELINES FOR PATIENTS UNDER INSURANCE COVERAGE
ON ADMISSION
- Patients are requested to approach the Insurance Desk. (Ground Floor)
- Provide the required documents (Insurance details & KYC) at Insurance Desk
- Insurance Desk will apply for preauthorization
- Patients are requested to pay the Billing counter the difference in the estimated and preauthorization approval amount before the procedure.
- Minimum time to receive the preauthorization from Insurance company will be between 6to 9 hrs.
ON DISCHARGE
- Requested documents will be received from Nurses Station.
- Insurance Desk will apply for enhancement.
- On approval from Insurance company the same will be intimated to the patients.
- Patients are requested to approach the Billing Counter and settled the Bill.
- Settlement of refund is subject to the actual realization of the mentioned amount by the Insurance Company.
- Minimum time to receive the enhancement from Insurance Company will be between 10 to 16 hrs.
